Steven is responsible for AspenTech’s customer support and training organization. He has more than 20 years of experience related to helping organizations gain more value from digital solutions through learning and competency programs. Before starting his career with AspenTech, Steven was active in technology innovation in the process industries, and he has eight patents and has authored 14 technical papers in various chemical engineering journals. He earned his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Ohio State University and his B.Sc. from Tsinghua University in China.
