Lillian Flores is a Principal Knowledge Delivery Analyst responsible for managing the tools and processes that deliver rich AspenTech content to different content management systems. Lillian has worked in several industries throughout her career focused on digital marketing. She has also worked as a consultant with several companies helping to resolve organizational issues such as multicultural communications, content management and establishing and developing content marketing best practices. Lillian holds a master’s in organizational communications from Emerson College.
