Gender Equality Index

Every company with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index by March 1 of each year. Our 2023 Gender Equality Index for Aspen Technology/Paradigm France is 80/100The index is calculated on the basis of 5 indicators, the results of which are as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 35
  • Indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: 25
  • Indicator relating to the % of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15
  • Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5
