Leonel holds an Associate Manager role inside the R&D group for Aspen HYSYS, and is based in Mexico City. Besides, he supports some operations activities within the Mexico City office for the Technology group, and dedicates part of his time to the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Forum, where he currently leads the efforts of the LGBTQ+ and Latinx Forums. Some of his passions are learning, helping others succeed and teaching, being the latter a reason why he’s a part-time lecturer at Tecnologico de Monterrey, teaching Chemical Engineering-related courses.
