Design carbon capture systems.
Aspen Plus includes a set of rate-based carbon capture process models developed in collaboration with UT Austin. These sample models, based on pilot plant experiments, include the required physical property and reaction parameters to simulate systems with common amine solvents, as well as chilled ammonia, methanol, and poly(dimethylsiloxane) based systems.
