Aspen HTFS+ User Group Meetings

The Aspen HTFS+ User Group Meeting is a major calendar event for heat exchanger thermal and mechanical specialists worldwide and an opportunity to learn how rigorous heat exchanger modeling can assist in optimising overall process design and operation. Together, Aspen HTFS+ development leaders and research experts will exchange best practice experience and formulate recommendations for future research and product development to address your business needs. The Aspen HTFS+ User Group Meeting is part of the program of events at the 2007 AES User Group Meetings in Frankfurt.

The HTFS+ sessions, held on the 2nd day of the conference (Wednesday, April 25), will feature a half-day intensive course on “Application of enhanced heat transfer technology for your process”. This will be integrated with a general session with products updates, discussions, and demonstrations.

The cost of attending the Wednesday sessions is 325€.

Sessions are dedicated to Aspen HTFS+ (HTFS and B-JAC) focusing on:

  • New and improved design methods
  • Aspen Tasc+, Aspen Acol+, and Aspen Plate+ the next generation heat exchanger solutions
  • Progress on mechanical design with Aspen Teams (now including EN13445)
  • Future plans for Aspen FIHR and Aspen MUSE
  • Aspen HTFS+ Research achievements and future plans
  • Enhanced simulator interfaces including Aspen Plus and Aspen HYSYS
  • Demonstrations of new product capabilities

Your registration fee includes lunch, refreshment breaks, meeting notes, and a Tuesday evening reception (with demonstrations) followed by dinner. You may register for one or both days.
